Most art is wrapped in protective shipping material and sent in a rigid cardboard box. Smaller, sturdier items are wrapped and mailed in a bubble mailer. Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow 2 - 4 days for processing and 1-2 weeks for delivery. All artwork is insured for its value during shipping. Should any artwork be lost or damaged, please contact us. Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we can offer refunds for lost or damaged art.

Free shipping in the U.S. on any painting with a total sq. inch of 30” or less. Shipping for larger pieces will be billed separately once shipping cost is determined by weight, size, and location.

We offer interest-free monthly payment plans in $100.00 or $200.00 increments for all art over $400.00. Contact us if interested!

Expectations:

While Waterfall Acrylics LLC strives for a perfect fit and finish, each original piece is handmade so please expect some minor imperfections; this is what makes each piece unique! No original can be recreated. Color of an actual item may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your computer screen. We do our best to match what you see to online to the originals, but it is difficult for us to compensate for everyone’s personal computer settings. Please read the description carefully to note framed or unframed; and note the actual frame color as some pictures are meant to showcase frame options and may not be the actual frame.

Care:

Take special care of your artwork. Display in an area that is not in direct sunlight to prevent yellowing or fading of the artwork, particularly if the artwork has an epoxy resin topcoat. To clean, use a damp rag or duster to wipe down.

Waterfall Acrylics LLC reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold art to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission from Waterfall Acrylics LLC.
